NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Widnes
Vikings Independent Player Support (Widnes VIPs) will be held at The New Albion Pub, 1 Liverpool Road, Widnes WA8 7ER at 19:00 on Wednesday 16th July 2025 to transact the following business:

Minutes of the previous AGM.
- To be agreed and matters arising from those minutes

Chair’s report.

Treasurer’s report.
- To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2025

Examiner
- To agree to re-appoint Colin Moss as examiner for Widnes VIPs accounts for the current year. The examiner makes no charge for provision of this service.
5. Appointment of Widnes VIPs trustees
- To re-appoint the following officers;
Chair - Anne-Marie Hughes
Vice Chair - Chris Smith
Treasurer - John Paton
Fundraising Officer - Leam Fox
Media & I.T. Officer - Phil Goulding
The following positions are vacant and open for election;
Secretary - Vacant
Membership Officer - Vacant

and we will provide details of how to make a nomination. Applications for any trustee position must be received by 2nd July 2025.

Details will be given once any proposed resolutions are received. Proposed resolutions should be sent to the above email address by noon on 2nd July 2025. A revised agenda, if necessary, will be issued by 9th July 2025.
